fine motor vs gross motor skills

I just wanted to point out the difference between fine and gross motor skills.   I've seen them used interchangeably in posts several times.    Fine motor skills and gross motor skills are 2 different things.

Gross motor skills are things that involve large muscle movements, like walking, running, jumping, throwing, climbing.

Fine motor skills involve smaller muscles, usually in the hands, like writing, coloring, cutting, building with blocks, picking up small objects.

sorry...I didn't mean to single you out...it wasn't the 1st time I've seen the 2 get mixed up.
