  I usually spot a litle the day before AF.

  dx PCOS on Metformin
  LO#1 - 19 cycles, 3 IUIs, 1 m/c, gonal-f, ganirelix, ovidrel, progesterone
  Totally worth the wait!

  It varies. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. But it's never been more than a couple of days.

  No, I don't usually spot before.  Just a day or so after.

  Most of the time mine just comes at full force but every once in a while i might spot the day before

  I usually spot (if you check out my chart, you can see the trend)... usually it's only a couple of days... two months ago it was 7 (and by spotting, this was one instance every day)... this month I drank lots of pom juice (and ate a bunch of pomegranates themselves!), and I only had one day of spotting.  Don't know if the pom/pom juice helped, but it'd be cool if it did!

  Yes! Most months is just 2-3 days but in August it was 6 days. I was so fed up.
