by request:

this is best done in a toaster oven, but a regular oven on the broil setting works too (just uses more energy)

split and toast one bay's english muffin (these are found in the refrigerator section, like lenders bagels)

spread with butter

sprinkle on chocolate chips and put back under toaster/broiler until melted. spread with knife

top with mini marshmallows. brown under toaster/broiler.

serve alone or with vanilla ice cream

sounds good, tastes uh-mazing

OMG. But would these not work with some Thomas' muffins? I wonder how it would taste with cinnamon raisin ones?

they would work fine...the recipe was invented by my bff's uncle about 10 years ago for a contest for bay's...so that's technically in the recipe
