I feel so weird...

in TTC After a Loss

because I am sitting on the computer on a Sunday morning instead of getting ready for Sunday School and church..  This will be the first Sunday I have missed since March of this year! (before I delivered Grace when I was in the hospital).  And the bad part is our pastor has been doing a fantastic sermon series about "Life's Healing Choices"... 

But my responsibility is to be a good mom and take care of my little "piggy" girl.  I keep teasing her asking her if she kissed a pig and thats how she got the swine flu..  LOL..

So as long as she is sleeping I will have bump time today..  And the board is dead of course except for Leah's BFP!

    Thats funny that you keep asking her if she kissed a pig! Haha Thanks for the shout out! Hopefully in a little while some more ppl will be on and this bfp wave continues!!

    Yah it makes her giggle when I ask her...  It cheers her up for a few minutes as she tries to convince me she doesnt kiss pigs.  LOL..

    I hope to be joining you on that BFP wave in the next couple days!  Even though I got a BFN today I didnt get my BFP last time until 14 dpo and my charts are like identical! Wink

    She woke up twice last night and had 104 fever again.  So scary!  But she is sleeping right now.  Poor thing was up coughing, then feeling  like she was going to throw up, then the fever took over again.  Ugh....  Its a viscious cycle.

    I saw that you got a bfn on the post earlier and i meant to say sorry! Last time I was pg, I didnt get a + till dpo 14 either (I guess thats why I didnt believe it this morning)! Good Luck Lynn!! I really really hope this it is for you!!!!

    Its ok, Im so happy you got a BFP!  Totally made me forget about the BFN..  I dont know what posessed me to think I would get an early BFP..  I am consistently a late implanter and never get a BFP before 14 dpo.. I guess I thought "maybe this once it might be different"...  ::slaps forehead:: That was stupid! 

    I really hope its it for me too!  It would be fabulous wouldnt it?

    It would be so fabulous!!! Its really is scary how alike your last bfp chart and this current are!

    I know Leah isnt it creepy?  I mean they are almost identical.  Thats why I am thinking that there is still a glimmer of hope!

    Once your daughter gets over the flu, keep a close eye on her for secondary infections. DH got bronchitis and an ear infection after H1N1 and I got bronchitis.  If she doesn't feel better in a week or so, she might have an infection that requires antibiotics. Just an FYI, because both DH and I needed antibiotics. I do hope she feels better soon, it is a horrible virus that really takes it out of you. Oh, and I'm hoping you get a BFP in a few days.

    Oh man thanks for the warning I will watch her closely.  I am already sick..  They have me on preventative Tamiflu right now since my DD has had close contact with me (drank after me).  Hopefully we will not have any complications...

    At least you aren't infecting others this way. Although it does bite that you can't go. Hopefully you don't get it or have you?

    My boss came to work with the flu for whatever reason, possibly infecting us all with his funk. Good thing he went home midday. Some people just don't think!

    that is awful! poor little girl. did you guys get the thermaflu stuff or whatever its called?

    We did get the Tamiflu, DH had to drive 45 minutes to get it.  The pharmacy had to make it for her...  They are out of the kids liquid stuff so they have to take adult capsules apart and mix it in a suspension liquid for her...  At least we were able to get it though..  Poor little thing

    They put me on it too because I have a sneaking suspicion that I might already be pg again.  So I am on it for preventative.  PSA it made me feel like I was gonna barf all night last night.  :(  Stupid medication like I didnt feel bad enough already.

    I was on tamiflu too, so I never got very sick with the flu (I was considered high risk after I was very sick with pneumonia last winter). Tamiflu is a wonder drug, I really didn't get very sick with the flu, but I still ended up with bronchitis. Just don't push yourself and rest a lot so your body can fight it off-especially if you are pregnant.
