    DISCO FRIES are just about the best thing ever created!!!!!!!  It sounds nastyass, but let it swish around a little before you gag....They are fries (preferably extra cook so they're nice and crispy) topped with melted cheese (American, but Mozz works too) and then topped with brown gravy.....Jersey calls em Disco Fries.....they are a heart attack waiting to happen, but soooooooooooo worth it!!!!image

    I think they call them Disco Fries, cause usually the only time you eat them is when you are saturated from a night out at the clubs/bars and it is 3:00 a.m. and you are in the diner looking for something to eat.....

    but they also are known for helping lonely girls sitting home on a Friday night depressed about their empty ute!!!!
