If you EBF, do you "top off"?

If you EB feed or fed, would you do a top off before you left to do something even if it wasn't time to eat yet?

I like to do this, but wondered if it was advised or not!

I would. It's just easier to feed him at home than out and about. Plus it would give me a little longer to stay out

Yes, I do. It's so much easier if we're going out and about. If I'm going to be apart I figure it's better than needing to dip into my stash and it gives me a little bit more alone time with him before I leave.

People laugh at me when I say I'm going to "top him off". I'm glad I'm not the only one that says that!
