How much milk does your 1 yr old drink?

We are slowly transitioning over to whole milk (DD was FF over the last year) but having to mix in 1-2 oz. of formula with the milk or she won't drink it (I also heat it up a bit to take off the chill or she'll spit it out!)

Just wondering around how much milk your 1 yr old drinks?  My LO's 12 mth appt is this week but just wanted to see what other kiddos are doing too.  TIA!

    We are having to do the same.  He is taking 2 oz of milk and 4 oz of formula.

    My 1yr old takes about 16 oz. of milk each day.  I still heat it up too, or he won't drink it.

    Wow, I'm surprised by what everyone's saying.   My little guy LOVES whole milk.  Straight up and cold.  We actually had to ask the pedi how much he's allowed to have because if it were up to him, he'd drink it all day long.  He was BF'd (until just recently), but he never really cared which he got...lol.  At the 1 year mark, I'd say he was not drinking all that much, but only because we didn't offer it to him more than once a day (he was BFing 4-5 times a day then), and he wasn't signing yet.  As soon as he got the hang of the sign, all of that changed!

    it took us awhile for the transition to milk. we had to do 1/2 formula and 1/2 milk. it didn't help that (literally) the day we switched ginny got a virus (the only symptom was lactose intolerance.) she had major diarrhea for over a week. once that cleared she LOVED milk. hint: add a bit of drinkable yogurt. kids love it!

    ginny drinks 16 oz a day.
