Granted, I'm barely even 5 weeks, but other than being tired all the time, I don't really feel like there's a baby in there! ![]()
I have one of those jobs where I bust my butt for 12 hours, then come home and crash, so I can justify that feeling tired thing. But I haven't felt any cramping or pulling or anything, no m/s yet, no getting up to pee a thousand times a day, no nasty bloat. None of that.
I'm a planner (I think why this surprise threw me off so much!) so I'd like to have an idea of when I can start to expect these things!

Every lady is different, so maybe you'll luck out and not get any of the nasty symptoms!
For me:
fatigue started right away (in my 3rd week)
cramping started late in the 4th week
Bloat started at the end of the day during 4th week also
m/s started the 4th week and I swear it gets worse every day. It is VERY bad right now.
Sore boobs started in the last few days (6 weeks)
No bleeding (exception implantation spotting), no skin issues, no heartburn, no constipation, etc. I only have the symptoms I listed.
DD1 born 5/24/10.
Missed M/C at 14 wks Feb 2012.
DD2 born 5/14/13.
Missed M/C at 9 wks July 2015.
I think of all the things you're talking about (m/s, bloat, pulling/cramping) all hit me around 7 weeks.
But I truly didn't start feeling pregnant (even with all that stuff going on!) until recently when I started getting a little bump.
Week 5 - when the ms hit. DH said that's when I stopped saying, "Can you believe we're having a baby?"
Then at week 9 when we had the ultrasound and actually saw that there was a baby in there.
Still have moments, but the sickness reminds me that something's in there!
I believe we're exactly the same with how far along we are! I've been tired, maybe a little lightheaded, and maybe peeing more, but I've been drinking more. I didn't drink as much yesterday and the peeing wasn't as often...which almost worried me. Trying not to read too much into it.
Other than that, I just haven't been sleeping well. Maybe a few pulls in the uterus. But no sore boobs, m/s, etc.
They always say symptoms aren't an indicator of "how pregnant you are," but I just think I'm worrying alot because when I had my miscarriage, I remember losing my boobs beforehand.

This time, it started as soon as the sperm met the egg - an not in a good way - dizzy for 2 weeks, then cramping, then m/s & sheer exhaustion, bloating...
1st time was much different - m/s didn't start until about 9 wks.
I still don't! I often forget until something comes up I can't do (like go for drinks after work). I feel absolutely no different whatsoever (not tired, not sick, not sore, etc). Friends who know (who have children) keep telling me to 'enjoy being pregnant' but its hard to enjoy soemthing that feels like every other day in my life
Honestly, until mid 2nd tri I mostly just felt sick. Once I hit 22 weeks or so, I started to feel more pregnant.
