BG 3.0 leaked through the tag

Any idea why?  The inserts are absorbing, so I'm not sure what the issue is.

    Mine did that at first.  The insert was soaked so the pee went out the tag.

    Do you use the NB insert or the regular?  I only was using the NB so I switched to the regular.  With DS I have to use both.

    It leaked before the inserts (regular plus a green edge CPF for overnight)were completely soaked.  First time it's happened in weeks.

    mine also does that occationally with the regular insert... and its so unpredictable

    i'm also interested if anyone has any thoughts

    Could they be repelling?  That would be my thought if the insert isn't wet.  Repelling could be caused by using something that you weren't supposed to use on CDs-- non-CD friendly rash cream or detergent.  In that case, you would have to strip them.  But I would be sure that they are indeed repelling before you strip since that is a PITA and uses a ton of water.

    nope, not repelling.  the leak happened 1/2way through the night when my doublers were only partially soaked, but the were soaked as usual by morning.
