JCP- Natural Finish "Christie" Convertible Crib

My parents are looking to getting this crib from JCP.  I wanted to know if any of you have it or have heard of it and what you think.  It converts which is great.

    We ordered a different crib set from JCP and overall were pretty happy with the experience.  Unfortunately the first crib arrived with a large crack in the finish, we worked with a manager and DH ordered a 2nd crib, which arrived to the store in 2-3 days and switched out the defective panel and were then reimbursed for the second crib.  I hope you have better luck, but if now JC Penney's customer service @ the manager level is pretty good.

    We got our dresser and crib from JCP (we got the Hartford Collection) and we love it. I like that it is solid wood and not particle board. We did site-to-store and just rented a UHaul for $19.99 to pick it up, saved us over $150 for delivery (they just drop it off, they don't set it up or assemble it). WE are very pleased with JCP, would def recommend to anyone! GL!
