Well, woke up this a.m. to get DD dressed and realized she basically has no fall clothes. Her wardrobe goes from 12 months straight to 2T. for some odd reason, for her bday in April, everyone bought her spring and summer stuff in 18 months. So now that she can actually fit it, it's out of season, and all her cold weather stuff is either too small or too big. Soooo...got this email from Gap...25% off. I said hey, why not...(got an extra 15% off of ON AND free shipping--and 5% in Upromise savings--yeah, I got a problem).
So, I look up, and just like that, all my discretionary money from this paycheck is gone. Dang, I hope DH and DD enjoy ramen noodles...
Re: I wish I could quit you, BabyGap...
You and my DH would get along well. He did the same thing this week. I am not even sure what he bought DS since it hasn't come yet.
Also I know it is strange that DH buys/picks out DS clothing, but he hasn't screwed up to bad yet so I am not going to complain.
Me too. I just shopped for him last week at the BabyGap store and this week I ordered him a winter coat and hat/gloves online. I did get 50% off though between promotions and coupons!
Now I am browing Christmas gifts for DS in the PBK catalog.
I feel you- I just bought this dress for DD. I thought it would be cute for Thanksgiving and some other family stuff we have going on this fall. !
Had to stop myself from getting that one (as she already has 3 brown dresses) Love it!
Do you have a Gap card?
I just got a note in the mail saying that if I use my Gap Card at 3 other places (besides Old Navy, Gap, and Banana, then I will get an automatic $20 reward coupon.
I need a Gap intervention for sure!
