Stupid Progesterone!!!!
Got the initial blood work back. My beta levels were good, but my progesterone level was awful. They took blood work today to compare my levels...I don't anticipate anything good. I am having cramps, about as bad as my usual cramps but they are steadily getting worse as the days go on. I am also spotting more. I have a doctors appointment on Monday to go over everything.
I can't help but wonder. If my progesterone level was low and they had done blood work weeks ago and caught it....could this have been prevented? I know that there is nothing we can do at this point to change things....but I still wonder. Luckily, the next time we try I will be getting frequent blood work done, so they can closely monitor things. Still though, makes you wonder why they make us wait sssooo long to see the doctor.

I'm sorry you're having to deal with this
I don't know much about progesterone, so I can't really speculate. It is odd that they wait till something bad happens to intervene earlier the next time. I had my follow up appointment yesterday and the doctor did mention that next time they'd be monitoring earlier next time.
It does make you wonder "what if..." Hopefully next time we'll be our time!
