  • maybe 5-10 mg a day.  Just decaf, and I've had chocolate once since being pregnant.  Might not be so strict in 2nd tri, but I'm so used to it now...

  • I usually have a caff free diet coke with lunch, but other than that, I drink close to 120oz of water a day.  Ohh...and skim milk...can't get enough of that either!!
  • 0-1 per day.  If I am craving a soda, I have one.  I have switched my morning coffee to decaf.  I had a busy weekend and to keep up, I drank a soda a day.

    I drank 1 a day w/ DD2 and was able to drink caffiene while BF.  I avoided it while PG w/ DD1 and she couldn't tolerate any.  Something to think about!

  • Cappucino blast from Baskin Robbins only when my DH gets one!
  • I still have one diet pepsi a day, as I did while pregnant with DS -  and this won't change after 1st tri. My doctor said it was fine. . .  and I don't drink coffee or tea.
  • i allow myself 1 serving/day, but honestly haven't been taking it for the most part. i drink decaf coffee and decaf sodas when i am not pouring the water into my system (i drink about a gallon of water/day).

    yeah, i'm a high volume beverage consumer.....

  • I sneak a cup of tea every once in a while.  Haven't had coffee since BFP.
