Does diarrhea = new tooth with your kid?

I never knew this was a "thing" until my friend told me this, and sure enough, every single time I go "geee, Ava has had a couple extra loose poops today" I check her mouth, and voila! new tooth. It's usually her only sign she's even teething/gotten a tooth, other than some crabbies and using her cast as a weapon on my face.

Yes, we get diarrhea with new teeth. Makes for a nice time.

Yellowish poops, every time. With the molars he has actually had a fever and has been very crabby

Hmmm, this is interesting. Caroline has had watery poops for a few days and she seems to be teething a little bit. But I think her teeth are nowhere near breaking through the gum. But there's no explanation for the poop being wierd. She isn't sick and is acting totally normal other wise.
