I work at one site but am technically contracted through another business. Its NOT a short term job and I don't work for myself. I have worked for my company for 5 years in several different places (they just move me as the contracts come in) and have been at my current site for 3 years. How do I list this on my resume? I posted this on 9-5 but I am having a lot of trouble visualizing what they are saying.Could anyone offer or refer me to an example? I searched on-line but am having trouble finding a sample contract resume that is not lots of short jobs. Help! - TIA
Re: NTR: How to list long-term contract employment on resume?
do you do the same type of work at each location? if so, make it one entry and just list all of the locations together.
ex:
NAME OF COMPANY, position, all locations, date span for the entire 5 years: description of duties
what about -
NAME OF CO, position
[indent] location, dates: responsibilities
[indent] location, dates: responsibilities
? (sorry for the double post)
ETA: I would do reverse-chronological order with your most recent location first.
