induction date is set!
for 9/8 when I'll be 39w 1d. This is much later than we thought, as we'd always been told 38 w. However, even though I've been having mild contractions every few minutes for several weeks, I'm still only a fingertip dilated and effaced 60%. I won't be switching to Heparin until 8/31 at 38 weeks, which makes me a little nervous but I'm trying to trust my peri. Oh,and he's already estimated to weigh 7 1/2 lbs. at 36w! He's expected to be well over 9 lbs. Yikes!

Mine is set as well. OB has decided to do 38w (which for me is 9/1). Sounds like we had the same original due date (9/14?). Last week at 35w I was 1 cm and 50% effaced. Yesterday I was 2 cm and 50% effaced. DS was estimated 7lbs 11oz at 34.5w.......I'm scared. DS #1 was 8lbs 13oz - I really hope this little one slows down towards the end...I don't want to give birth to a 10 lber! I'm just hoping that the estimation is a tad off. I have been measuring ahead - 3/4 weeks consistently, so we'll just have to see.
