DH and I were blown away by the quanity and quality of kind words you all lended to us. It might seem like a small gift - but every little bit of support we get really helps. It has been incredibly hard to make the decision we have- but we feel it is what is best for our daughter.
I will continue to post our story as it progresses if you all wish. I understand if it is too much of a downer if you don't. It is your choice... so please let us know.
Thanks again!

Re: Thanks for prayers kind words during this hard time...
I'm so sorry that you are going through this. I know a 20 year old girl that had the same thing (I'm pretty positive) and while she is missing an arm and has bands around her legs (but still has feet etc) she is a college soccer player.
I pray that you guys make the decisions you need to for you and your little girl and I pray God will comfort you during this hard time.
You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. I commend you for being so strong in a time like this.
You WILL be back when the time is right! And I look forward to your return!
I missed your original post, and I am so sorry for what you and your husband and daughter are facing.
You'll all be in my thoughts and prayers. I hope you are blessed with grace and peace during this time.

My Blog
I am so sorry that you are dealing with this. I can't even imagine your grief and pain. But I wanted to say thank you for sharing your story and drawing attention to this fetal condition. Before your post, I had never heard of amniotic bands. Hopefully your story will help others going through the same thing.
All the best to you and your family in this difficult time. I hope you are back here again soon.
