Before I contact customer service,I wanted to be sure it would be worth it?.Will they replace my backpack or do I have to pay for it? I?ve had it since December but technically only began using it daily in February. TIA!
Sorry, didn't see your response until a day later. If your registry is still active, you can add a pump and then mark it as purchased. Even if you can't do that, I would still call and try. They are really service-oriented and I'm sure they'll do whatever they can to help
