  after research, it supposedly helps blood flow to uterus and helps thicken uterine lining.

  Aspirin is not candy or a supplement.

  It is advised that unless you have a medical condition that requires it, you should completely avoid it during pregnancy.

  ditto.

  I'm guessing, from your sig, that you are seeing an RE. I'd discuss this with them. My guess is they'd have you on it already if you need it.

  I will say that I do take it, but it was recommended by my RE due to a medical issue.
