How long to stay at one pumping (EPers)?

I am trying to plan when I am going to drop to one pump...How long are you at one pumping a day before you quit?  Also when was that one pump? TIA

    hey there JT- i just popped in to lurk and i saw your post!

    your DD is getting soooooo big. look at her eyes! :)

    By the time you go down to one pump and slow up the time you pump you are really getting a minimal amount of milk- which is the point-- so you really dont have to do pump that one pump long if you dont want to.

    I believe i did it for a week or so because it really wasn't worth it doing it longer than that. I picked the day and just stopped. no discomfort, no leaking, no engorgement. ahhhhh that was a beautiful day. ahhhhhhh. hanging up the horns is a bittersweet relief. :) enjoy

    I've been at one pump for almost a month now, I need the extra ounces to get my son through 1 year on bm with my freezer stash.
