spotting?

hi ladies, need your help. I have a short cervix (2.6cm) and have been "taking it easy" i started spotting last night. it's not alot and its brown, but its been continuous. Any thoughts?

    Brown is old blood and nothing to worry about. I'd call your dr if it gets red or it doesn't stop or gets heavier.

    I would not worry since it is brown but give your ob a heads up.

    I bled from my exam at the hospital yesterday and the doctor said not to worry unless it picked up and didnt change to brown.
