It's called PMS. Pretty sure I've had those symptoms every month for the past 15 years.
Just to let you know...it's pretty much impossible to know you are pregnant even by blood test that early. Sorry to break your heart sweetie, but you don't have any clue whether you are pregnant or not. Also, as mentioned before, if you are one week pregnant, you haven't even ovulated yet!
