1 cup, in the evening. I took my folic acid supplement and prenatal in the morning.
It's really only a problem if you drink the tea an hour before or after taking your prental/folic acid.
FWIW, I don't think it really did anything for me - my cm was the same as ever, but if you don't have great cm maybe it will help. But they say that your odds of conceiving are higher if you drink at least 1 cup a day, and I did and I got pregnant, so who knows?

I would drink 2 cups a day. I aslo ate pineapple core on 2-5 DPO on my BFP cycle.
I did pineapple core from 1dpo to 7 dpo.
What's funny is that it was totally unintentional. Pineapple (with core) was on sale and grapes weren't that day, which also happened to be 1 dpo, so I did it for a lark. Again, who knows? Maybe it helped.

FWIW, I used to drink green tea like crazy when TTC but the last few cycles before my BFP, I didnt drink it at all. For me, I never saw a huge difference in CM. I also ate pineapple core and took baby aspirin on cycles before my BFP but not that cycle.

I had one cup a day for a cycle, then the following cycle I had 2 cups on a number of pre-O days. I didn't have any EWCM following my miscarriage until that cycle I was drinking 2 cups of green tea... might have just been coincidence but I finally got EWCM and knocked up too.
I didn't worry about my PNV. I take it in the evening with extra folic acid, and honestly I didn't think drinking green tea 2 weeks out of a month while TTC was going to greatly damage my folic acid absorption overall.

I really don't see how this has anything to do with drinking green tea for two weeks. But thanks for your input.
My BFP cycle I had a cup every other day or so before O. The cycle before that I had it every day and it seemed to dry up my EWCM. So I took easy on the green tea this cycle and got more EWCM and my BFP!
I drank one cup per day about 4 days before I O'd. It found that it really increased EWCM and I'm so glad I drank it because we only had sex 4 days before I O'd due to me being out of town, so I was pleasantly surprised that we even got a BFP!?

I have actually never heard of the green tea thing......one thing I noticed that helped get my cycles more regular was cutting out sugar from my diet. I was also taking chasteberry supplements a few months before we conceived.....not sure if that helped with my cycles or not.
