OH.MY.GOSH. george is guy who got dragged by the bus?! i was expecting him to go to the army but that one really threw me for a loop. i was also expecting the cliffhanger with izzie...but after she has a successful surgery and gets her memory back she just dies?!

any thoughts on whether they will actually die? i predict that george will die but that will be really sad. i don't know what's going to happen with izzie. the thing with katherine heigl's contract is all hush-hush. 

i thought derek and meredith getting "married" was totally something they would do. but come on...they don't have a few hours to go down to city hall and make it official? 

i will admit that i was kind of bored with the finale until the last 10 minutes. i did not see the george thing coming.

    OMG, I JUST watched it and I am in shock!!!!!! I can't believe it was GEORGE -- I had NO idea!! What did he write in Meredith's hand? I missed it because DD was playing her piano so loud. lol.

    he wrote 007, because they have called him double-o-seven since he messed up on his first surgery in season 1.

    I know, the George thing shocked me!! It was truly an excellent twist since we knew Izzy would probably at least flatline. I wonder if they will both live, both die, or one of each?? Anyways, that was the most shocked I've been in a long time.

    I thought we already knew they were both leaving the show.  Did anyone else cry when George was in the uniform at the end??

    I was bawling when I saw George! Especially with his military hair cut and everything :( Sooo sad. I wasn't expecting it for some reason. Izzy I could handle, George not so much.
