Not that I want to push it, it just takes up a LOT of your day when you're feeding 2 babies evey 3 hours. Plus, DD is having a growth spurt and has been wanting to eat closer to every 2 hours for the past couple of days . . .
EDIT: We give them a combo of expressed breast milk and formula -- right now they're on about 3 bottles of formula a day, and the other 4 are BM.
Re: When did you start feeding less often than every 3 hrs?
We are still at every hour in the mornings and evenings
I need to break this and find a way to get her on a schedule

I cant imagine having to feed 2 every 3 hours, you must just feed all day long! I dont think there is much you can do though except just feed them when they are hungry. You could try slowly increasing the amount in each bottle (assuming you FF) and that might space it out to 3.5-4 hours.
Other than that, there isnt much you can do without starting them. Hang in there!
DD Eats about 8 Oz. Every 4 hours and sleeps through the night about 10 -11 hours. She usually eats anywhere from 24-28 oz. a day as sometimes she has a small 4 oz bottle aroun 9 pm before she goes down for the night.
She is fed EBM
