    While I think this guy pushed his luck a tad too far...those tazers to his chest were scary.  I don't know if it's legal or not, but it looks pretty dangerous!

    While I think this guy pushed his luck a tad too far...those tazers to his chest were scary.  I don't know if it's legal or not, but it looks pretty dangerous!

    Yeah, something about holding Taser prongs directly to the chest and neck though....that squicks me out in a bad way.

    The fact that those three cops couldn't hold down a drunk naked man?  Makes me laugh at the cops too now.

    With discretion they're still allowed to be used in the chest area, I believe. R is currently in the process of becoming a police officer so I sent him the video, he personally wouldn't have used the taser to the chest without knowing what this guy was flying on...

    Also...  The end where everyone is screaming and someone keeps yelling "The world is watching..."  Yeah, no.  Public nudity was illegal last time I checked.  Tinypeen was being unreasonable.  Putting the taser to his chest might have been a bit much, but after all that?  Justified IMO.
