  While they aren't maternity clothing, Vanity has some stuff that I think I'm going to invest in.  Thier jeans can be bought by waist and inseam so i'm going to get some a few inches bigger around the waist and use my Bella band to hold them up.  They also had tons of oversized billowy shirts which i think would be cute early on.  Obviously, those clothing won't work for forever, but they are much cheaper than ON.  i think they will help with the inbetween stage

  I bought a ton at Ann Taylor Loft in the fall...sadly, they discontinued their line.

   I'm checking out Motherhood & Macey's sometime this week.

  I went to the Motherhood Maternity Outlet store near me.  They seem to be the only store that carries petite maternity clothes.

  My friend said target has some really cute stuff. i looked online and it looks ok, but I dont know about the quality.

  I with you on Old Navy (great prices).   I also have shopped at Target and Kohls and found some reasonably priced clothes.  I love the high end stuff, but for me wearing these for only a short time, I just can't justify spending much.  I've also searched eBay and found some great barely used items or items still with tags.  Good luck!
