Does anyone belong to the Leesburg/Ashburn Mom Meetup Group?

I've never joined a meetup group before and am considering joining this group.  If you belong to this group can you please tell me if the $5.00 is a one time membership due?  or is it an annual membership due?  are most meetups on the weekends?

    I joined Mamistad via meetup.com so I get their emails about new Mom groups all the time but I've never attended a meeting. You can email the organizer of the group and she'll let you know about the fee. How old is your baby?
