Clueless about some Bump things, Help please?

If I had a private message (not that I think I do) where, in the name of all that is good and holy, would I find my mailbox/private message hiding place?

 

You know the little Humphry dude many of you have in your siggies?  Is it supposed to look like he is thrusting his pelvis because it looks totally suggestive to me, or I have the sense of humor of a 12 year old boy.

 

Those are my only questions for today.  I may have more tomorrow.
