what's wrong with my daughter?

Does this sound like the 3 month growth spurt or possible teething, or something else?

She's is consistently crying. This started two days ago. I have to keep trying new things to make her stop. Sometimes the swing works, sometimes me walking around with her, sometimes rocking....you get the point. She has a little fever. It was 99.7 yesterday, I haven't checked it today yet.She's pooping regularly, eating a little less- maybe one less bottle a day.

I already have a call in to the pedi but wanted to see what you ladies thought. She's is the most easy going baby- hardly ever cries, so I know something is going on.

This was happening with my dd a few days ago! Then her temp shot way up! My dd had an ear infection. Is she tugging at her ears at all? My dd never fusses that much, and everytime i laid her down she would SCREAM! GL

Possibly teething? But teething has all those vague symptoms that could be anything else too. DD just cut two teeth and she was super fussy and did eat less - usually 3 bottles at day care and down to two before the teeth popped out, because her mouth was sore. Can you feel anything on her gums? We couldn't see anything but I could feel a tiny little corner poking out before they came through.
