you kinda missed the boat. it all happened this morning.
but go ahead and commence flaming me for telling you that you missed the boat. or you can go over to baby names. thats always good for picking on people.?
Momma Brown - I am having a crappy day. Like I need YOU to tell me I missed a boat. You can take your boat and shove it. Bwaaaaaaaaaaaa.
Seriously, I am in a horrible mood. Not like me. Good thing the work day is almost over and my employees will be spared my crappiness. Oh, good luck tonight DH!
My neighbor drank thru her pregnancies. Her 3 yo is a wild child and I think she looks like a FAS kid. Her 1 yo was born club footed. I know she isn't a nestie and neither is anyone else here so this is not going to get back to her She drives her 3 yo to gymnastics at 10 am and she is plastered while she does it. Halloween before last when her youngest was just a few weeks old she left the house without him. She drove drunk in the pouring rain to a party a few miles away with her (now) 3 yo and she got taken away by the paramedics. I don't remember where her LO went but the people at the party called her DH and said she was there without the new baby. Her DH called a neighbor here and asked her to go down and see if the baby was in the house. She went, the front door was wide open and the baby was sleeping in the crib. Thank God. She is the sweetest person you could think to meet and I wish she could get her sh!t together. She told me 2 days ago that they are trying for baby #3.
lizzie, she is driving her kids aroudn drunk? HAVE YOU CALLED THE AUTHORITIES? Seriously, by not doing anything, you and your neighbors are participating. This chick needs an intervention. If you KNOW she is driving her kids drunk, call the police. Get her arrested for a DUI. This woman needs an effing wake-up call. And not saying anything because she is "sweet" is not right. And leaving a baby alone in the house? Call DFCS.
I would seriously go ape-sh!t if I had a neighbor like this.

This is aaaaaall brand new to me. I found this stuff out in the last couple weeks. When I hadn't seen her I asked around and they neighbor told me she had been sent to rehab out of town. This is how I found out about all this stuff. Cuz otherwise, your damn_ right! I owuld have called EVERYBODY! I like her and yeah she is sweet but thats not an excuse for letting her do as she pleases with her kids lives. I should have mentioned that part but I didn't think about it...sorry

Please, please, PLEASE tell me that you call the cops every single time you suspect she's drunk when she gets behind the wheel. And that social services is keeping close tabs on this family.
Time to go apesh!t on the neighbors who knew about this and did nothing.
When I was 13, I babysat a little girl that was abused. I told my Mom, who called the police. My Mom talked to the Mom who had referred me to the family, and the other Mom said she had suspected it. My Mom went nuts on her. She KNEW this sweet little girl was being abused by her Father, and kept her mouth shut. I will never forget that little girl. Or the police coming to school to interview me about her, and that the Father was arrested.
People who stand by and let bad crap happen to kids are just as guilty IMO. Slap your neighbor for me, k>

Yeah I was pissed but I don't get into the neighbor drama. Now that I know about it I will be keeping and eye out more often, which should be easy since she is directly across from me. She was already in rehab so I didn't want to be like 'WTF!!' but in my head I was. I am the one who tails people in traffic and calls the cops when they are weaving, or when their kid is running all over the backseat or their kid is in their lap. I know people stand by all to often and let the worst happen. I would call in a heartbeat, but I don't want to jump all over the ones who didn't...I just think a lil less of them now

I just found out about all this but I will def be the one calling in the future. It's obvious that none of the other neighbors will. My kids live and play here so I will being doing all I can to make sure they are in the safest they can be. I can't have some drunk neighbor chick driving over my kids in my own yard cuz she is too plastered to know what she is doing!
