  My pizza dip is always a hit.? Mix 8 oz sour cream w/ 8 oz cream cheese and 1 - 2 tbs of italian seasoning (or just oregano) and 1/4 of red/cayenne pepper and spread it over a casserole dish (may need to double it if it's a big party)That's the "crust"? After that, make it like you would a regular pizza:? cover it with pizza sacue of your choice, toppings, mozzerella and back til the cheese melts.? ?Serve with tortilla chips.? Easy, easy, (only you'll have to probably ask your host to pop it in the oven for a few) and goes fast!? GL!

  depends on how much work I felt like doing   and if it was -31 and I could avoid grocery shopping...

  smoked salmon pin wheels (use a tortilla, spread cream cheese with dill and garlic, smoked salmon, fine diced red onion/capers, roll up tight and slice in to rounds)  you could do a veggie one too easy with spinach or roasted peppers...

  I am also a big fan of pickle/cheese platters with olives and pickled artichokes/mushrooms/asparagus

  I'm always happy to see a big fruit salad at a potluck with other heavy apps! DC can watch you prep the fruits /have a snack at the same time! (if old enough, didn't noteage).
