Anyone have any ideas on this? I have been eating low-fat Eggo waffles that have whole grains for breakfast and I always choose wheat bread over white and whole-wheat pasta when we have pasta... but how on earth can I get 6 servings of whole grains every day???

Make sure you are taking your PNV and do your best. I asked my NP because my m/s was so bad not much was staying down, she said as long as I took my PNV and stayed hydrated the baby would be fine.
If you can still eat all that good stuff go for whole grain crakers for snacks, I liked the whole grain wheat thins.

I am currently a fan of Cinnamon Life cereal for breakfast and Whole Grain Lean Pockets for lunch.
Thanks for the tips. Luckily (knock on wood), I have had no m/s yet. I'll definitely try to look for some whole grain snacks and I do take my PNV daily!
