i havent been so successful at keeping my mind off of this eternal pregnancy. it doesnt help that im on this board 24/7. Today I will cook & freeze lasagna!

I've been trying to get out of the house as much as possible. Grocery store, target, last minute baby stuff shopping. I even went out for a friend's birthday last night, although it's hard to keep my mind of it when everyone is freaking out that my due date is the next day.

Monday - The pain in my hips - some days it's almost unbearable.

Tuesday - Working. My dr offered to take me off work at the end of last week but I turned him down because sitting at home doing nothing would drive me up a wall!

TheJohns, I agree these message boards don't help but I thinking about being pregnant is inevitable, yet I'm not too anxious. Working has kept my mind pretty occupied lately and keeping my house neat.

The Martin's Due date was 2/9/09 we are waiting on a girl. her name will be Addison. Still not sure if we are going to spell it Addison or Addyson. I guess I should hurry up and decide.

Lightning crotch worse symptom.

Lots of shopping at the mall and I relandscaped my front yard this weekend and I am starting on the back today!

Monday: Nausea and exhaustion of first trimester (blah!!!)

Tuesday: I don't mind being pregnant but now that I'm on maternity leave, I'm keeping busy running errands and going to the gym.

I am just trying to get the house in order and the final preparations done. So tired though and a friend who was due a month after me just had her baby at 32 weeks, he was 5lbs 3oz. Small baby but not bad, I'm a little jealous.

I've been cleaning the house and I have some small projects that I've been working on that have kept me occupied. ?I have a sewing project that I'm working on for a gift for my mom and the last couple days I've been picking out what flowers I want to plant in the front yard this spring. ?

I too have not had success keeping it off my mind. I have paperwork to do today and then I'll probably run to Target...I try to plan a couple things each day now that I'm on leave but part of me wishes I were still at work (even though I was dying not to be there the last few weeks)

Nothing is helping to keep my mind off of it, I am just trying to stay busy so I don't get too anxious. I was so ready to stop working and start my leave but now that I have I worry that I am not going to have enough to occupy my time until the baby comes. This is only my second day off and I have already accomplished everything I planned on taking all week to do. It is going to be a long wait I think.
