anyone have elevated AFP?

Hoping for our bundle of joy

I just got the second part of my intergrated test back it was a screen neg which was good and considered normal. 1:10,000 for DS, 1:10,000 for tri 18, and 1:380 for NTD. The risk cut off for NTD is 1:145. And my level was 2.03 MOM. I know I shouldnt be worrying at all but did anyone have results like this?
