oh my! that is always interesting. My BFF is a neonatal nurse and says it happens more than you'd think and too all kinds of women. So bizarre, though, how do they not miss their period for 9 months?!?!
What scares me about these stories is that the women always go to the hospital thinking they are about to DIE....which makes me think just HOW painful labor must be.

You're not kidding, I was thinking that same thing, but then again the stuff they show on tv is a dramatization so they could be exaggerating quite a bit to make more interesting tv....(but probably not lol)

Most of them think they are going thru menopause actually. And some women just don't get periods. My friend at work could have been one of those women. she gets her period only a few times a year. If her husband didn't tell her her boobs were huge she would have never tested!!! Never had one symptom. She was 3 months going on 4 when she found out!

Its sucks but its not as bad as they make it seems..I think its just that they didnt know they were pregnant so they thought it was something seriously wrong..
After this is the documentary on freebirthing I keep hearing about. Should be interesting and scary.
OMG I saw that...Umm HELL NOOOOOOO, that is not for me. Where I would like a natural childbirth without drugs and with just the soothing of my husband ...I am not down with caveman type of birth where you just do it alone with your husband..I could see a home birth with a midwife but not alone, I just dont think its safe. I know many of women before us did it but just think of back then how many babies died and how high the number of women dying in childbirth was...I will take a hospital anyday.

Bc you want to be pregnant and these women had no intention on being pregnant and just ended up giving birth one day? Could that be why?
Well I'm certainly not jealous of what they're going thru! Probably just a "phantom" over-emotional symptom..LOL
this was on TV a few weeks ago.
the lady who has the twins (one in the toilet) really got to me!!! I just didn't understand.
Ugh.. that was my thought, too..
