Cloth Wipes

What type of cloth do you use for your cloth wipes? I have a ton of baby wash cloths from my showers and have been going back and forth about using cloth wipes (might as well since we are cloth diapering)! Do any of you ladies use wash cloths or is there something that works better?

I plan on making my own with flannel and bamboo velour.  I might use washcloths if I end up not being able to make my own.

We use baby wash cloths and they work fine but I do find that after a few uses/washes they arent as soft as I would like them to be but they work just fine in my opinion otherwise. ?

I use regular wash cloths and baby ones and they both work fine. DS has pretty sensitive skin and hasn't been bothered by either.

I bought some wipes - half are all flannel and the other half are flannel on one side and terry on the other.  I also use wash clothes because we got a ton as gifts.  All of these work just fine.
