Anyone else screw up their weeks?

Once I hit 10 weeks, somehow I started telling myself I was 12 weeks. Maybe because double digits was such a milestone, and my next appt is at 12 weeks? Well, I can't get my mind set straight. Now I'm 11 weeks, and keep thinking that I'm 13 weeks. This is gonna catch up to me when my EDD comes near, huh?

    HAHA....its called hormones...and a pregnancy brain....they don't work well. ;-) Could be a little of wishful thinking too.....

    I did that in the beginning, I decided to tell work at 14 weeks and then in my head I was 14 weeks, even though I was 12 weeks.

    Now I have the opposite problem, today is my Nest change day and I couldn't believe I am 22 weeks, I'm so stuck on being 20 weeks that time stopped after that.
