2nd Trimester

Such a sad day :(

I work in a call center and we have a training department that does extensive training programs for new hires and seasoned employees. Well, we got word this afternoon that the Master trainer passed away this morning. Most likely cause was a heart attack- but what's more upsetting was that he was NO older than 40. He left behind a wife and young children. He was an awesome guy and friendly with everybody. I think I'm still in shock, I knew him personally but wouldn't say we were close friends but I'm still pretty upset. Why does it have to happen to a guy like him? Life's such a *** sometimes...

  • I'm sorry, girl.  It's hard to understand why things like this happen.  I hope his family will be okay in time.  :(
  • That is so sad. I am sorry for the loss of your friend. It is so horrible to hear stories like that. That poor family!
  • Oops, I figured nest would edit out the word b!tch. I feel so bad for his wife, she works with the same company just in a different building down the road. It doesn't help that I'm flooded with hormones so of course I cried like it was a family member that died. Most people read the email and kept taking calls, but I had to sign out for the rest of the afternoon. Bad things happen to good people, it seems. But, things do happen for a reason.
