Oh my goodness. Blatant disrespect (post below) and screaming. You guys are starting to scare me! Is this what I reallly have to look forward too!?! God help me.
I walk away. I tell her she has a choice-continue screaming or join me in whatever activity we're doing. If she continues to scream, I tell her she's chosen to scream; I leave her and go into another room and carry on w/ my business. Usually stops in a few minutes.

You can help teach him words... the screaming is his inability to express himself with words. "I know you're mad at mommy... and when you're mad you want to scream but it's better to tell me why you're mad."

Yeah lots of potential ideas:
