Can I tell you that you are a genius? I iced my sinuses last night before bed and actually got about 6 hours of sleep! HOORAY!!! Now I wish I could ice my face at work because I am totally miserable.

Thanks!! I am SO glad it worked ( it always works for me, and it seems like I am always pg. or breastfeeding, and therefore not wont to take a medication...
