hip pain relief during pg?

The last week has been HELL on my hips.  Today is by far the worst.  Is there anything you did that helped to relieve the hip pain during pg???  I'm DYING over here...

    My sister loaned me her yoga ball when I was at the end of being pg with DS and sitting on that really helped me. Whenever I was watching TV or on the computer or whatever, I just sat and bounced on that. I am so sorry that you are having to deal with hip pain, it really sucks.

    Constant Tylenol, but even that doesn't work too well.

    I think giving birth is pretty much it. I can barely walk these days.

    Give birth.  The only think before that was sitting on the yoga ball and grinding (for lack of a better word!).  Just kinda roll your hips around.

    Almost done,though, right??
