Damn Target canceled my snow blower order.

It doesn't show up in my "ordered" items, and if I click on the link in my email it takes me to my account and says that the order has been canceled. My car seat order still shows, but not the snow blower. I called customer service and the guy said they couldn't access my account because they are "upgrading" their system. Ugh.
