Mobile: Effacement, station and dilation

Ok, I know it doesn't exactly mean anything but I'm curious to see the connection..or no connection, on my own....
For those that have been getting checked or have got checked, what were you at each of your appointments? How far are you now or when did you have your baby?

38 weeks and 5 days.. And currently at 1 cm and 40 effaced, as of last night at my trip to L D.

I'll answer too for others that are curious of this as well...
36 week, dilated to 1, baby at station neg 2 and 60 percent
37 weeks, dilated 2.5, baby at neg 1, 60 percent
I go for my 38 weeks appointment today

I was at 3 cm, 6070 effaced with LO at 1 station from my 35w to my 38w check. At my 38w check I was 34 cm with LO at 0 station. Less than 36 hours lateral water spontaneously broke and by the time I got to the hospital an hour later, I was dilated to 6cm.

At 37 weeks 4 days I was 1 cm and 30%

At 38 weeks 3 days I was 1.5 cm and 40%

My next appt is Thursday at 39 weeks 3 days hoping for more progress - I was stripped last week and will be getting stripped again this week, I did loose my mucus plug over the weekend so I am hoping that means I have progressed some more. But like you said that doesn't always mean anything.

When admitted I was at 6cmz
Water never broke until pushing time.

Had her at 39 weeks 5 days. It was a slow as all heck process obviously.

23w,5d 1cm, 50% effaced - admitted to hospital bedrest

32w,1d 1cm, 80% effaced - discharged to home bed rest 

35w,5d 2cm, 80% effaced, Baby A 0 station - induction scheduled for 36w,4d

35 weeks - tight 2cm/50%/-3

36 weeks - loose 2cm/50%/-3 

37 weeks - 3cm/50%/-2 (head is engaged)

37 weeks 1 day (headed to triage for contractions) - loose 3cm/70%/-1  

37 weeks 5 days (another triage run) - loose 3cm and didn't ask about effacement or station bc I was frustrated..

Next appt is Monday, 38 weeks 5 days.

Last week at my 38 week appointment I was 2 cm and 50% effaced, no idea on station. I will be 39 weeks tomorrow and have another appointment but I will be induced Thurs morning anyway.

I'm not getting checked this pregnancy, but with dd, this is how it went down:

36w - high & tight, no dilation or effacement
38w - 1.5 cm, 60% effaced, -3 station
39w - 1.5 cm, 75% effaced, -3 station (received a membrane sweep that stretched me to 3 cm)
40w -  back to 1 cm, 75% effaced, -3 station

Water broke at 41+1 on its own, was at 3 cm, 75% effaced, -3 station when I checked into the hospital. Had her 22 hours later.

Last week I was 50 percent effaced, neg 2 station with no dilation. Been cramping and I think a couple of contractions here and there but nothing to get excited about. Sigh. 6 days till due date

Not dilated at all at 40w 4d. Don't know about the station or effacement, but doctor said she was very low and cervix was short. Went into labor the next day... 8 hours later had a baby.

36 weeks- 20 percent effaced, baby at -1

38 weeks- 30 percent effaced, baby at -1

39 weeks- 30 percent effaced, baby at -1

40 weeks- 40 percent effaced, baby at -1

40 weeks, 4 days- 50 percent effaced, baby "really really low"

No dilation, ever

I'm being induced on Thursday night at 41 weeks.
