Got to lunch time today and was super shaky, and puny feeling. I realized that I need to snack through the morning, which is not my typical course of action when not pregnant (I always wait to eat until I'm hungry).
What type of foods do you keep with you to snack on, or while at home to keep up your blood sugar?

I totally had this happen to me today too! I wasn't hungry at all, but I realized that my problem was lack of food. I typically don't snack all day either, but I suppose its a must from here on out. I was wondering if I was the only one with this problem.
I absolutely love Nature Valley trail mix bars. They have these fruit and nut ones, and dark chocolate nut and almond with yogurt which are super yummy! And thats a healthy snack. You can get them at Walmart. I also like grilled cheese crackers. Btw, poweraid helps regulate too.
And like someone else said, I've been craving popcorn. Not sure if that really helps at all, but it sure is tasty! lol
These are all great suggestions! Glad it's not just me who's dealing with it, but bummed everyone else is too.
I found some mini Luna bars and threw those in my purse this afternoon so I always have something now.
Love the granola bar suggestions, grapes, and yes- how could I forget about cheese?! I love string cheese!!
