Just curious how far along you'll be at your first OB/GYN appointment.

I just made my appointment for Nov 2nd and I will be 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant then. I asked and they said they won't be doing an ultrasound then, just a pelvic exam and urine test.

8w1d. I saw RE at 6w1d and will see him again this Friday at 7w3d....even though IF sucks, getting to see the babies is one thing I feel lucky for.

My first appt. is 10/28. I will be 6 wks 2 days but this appt is with my regular doctor, so I am assuming it will be a test and blood, and then a referral to to an OBGYN??

i had my first appointment at 5wks 4 days. i go in tomorrow for a follow-up ultrasound to make sure there is a heartbeat now that im at 7 weeks. this is only because i m/c in Aug.

I won't see an OB/GYN until 8 weeks 3 days.  They said they like to see you somewhere between 8 and 10 weeks, and I was actually pushing for closer to 10 weeks, as I'm still under the care of a RE.  I will have had four blood draws and an ultrasound before actually seeing an OB/GYN for "standard" care.

I'm not sure.  My RE said he won't release me until at least 9 weeks because of my two previous losses.  Honestly, I'm not even thinking that far ahead right now.  I'm just worrying about these next 3-ish weeks.

I'll have my first prenatal appointment at 9 wks., 4 days, it's killing me to wait. I am 6 wks., 6 days now. I did go into the office for a confirmation, but had no bloodwork.

I went in on Oct 11 to confirm my pregnancy. My next OB appointment is Nov 1 and I will be 6w5d. It will be a pelvic exam, hcg draw, and family history. I think they said they will order an ultrasound to see if I have a singleton or multiples.

6w5d, on Friday the 21st. I had made this appt for my yearly exam back in August, it just so happens it was at 6 weeks and that's when my OB likes to schedule the 1st appt.  My next 2 appts. are at 8 weeks for u/s and then 11 weeks.

My first appt will be on Nov 2.  I will be 6 weeks 3 days.  My dr. is letting me come in early because I was doing rounds of clomid with her.  Otherwise, they see everyone around 8 weeks.  My second appointment is 8 weeks 1 day.  I get to have ultrasounds at both.  I can't wait!

1st- 4 weeks to show me how to inject blood thinners, 2nd- then I went in at 5w3d for an u/s, 3rd 6w3d for a heartbeat u/s, and this past Monday at just over 8weeks for an official appointment with my OB. I'll go back at 10 weeks for an u/s.

After my final beta on Friday, we'll schedule the 1st ultrasound with RE for 6 weeks. Then I think OB will take over after.

I had one today, 6w3d, but my "real" one with blood work is next week, 7w2d and hopefully an u/s follows soon!

Had my first at 5 weeks and going back next week for an u/s to make sure everything is as it should be. I lost one early on and got pregnant a month later, so the doc wants to see me back to back for awhile in the 1st tri.

I will be 10 weeks and 3 days..... and I won't even be seeing my ob... it will be a nurse practitioner.

Not counting the initial appointment to go over family health history and do some blood work. DC1 was at 12 weeks, DC2 was at just shy of 9 weeks and I'm hoping to get this one in around 9-10 weeks. As hard as it is to wait, I prefer to go in a bit later since there is more to see

I just had an appt. (6 weeks) but that was just an informational appt. My 1st official pre-natal appt. is scheduled for Nov. 22 and I'll be 11 weeks. I was supposed to book one at 10 weeks but my dr. is away on vacation and she told me it can't be any earlier than 10 weeks....so I have to wait an extra week!

Thankfully I get an ultrasound Nov. 1 to hold me over lol!

It set for 7 wks 5 days (they usually schedule between 8-10 wks)

However due to severe m/s (36 hours of not keeping any fluids down) they wanted to see me to rule out complications that can cause this (such as multiples or fetus implating outside the uterus). So I went in at 6 wks 1 day for an u/s and lots of blood tests. Nothing wrong just how my body reacts to pg and now on 2 different meds to keep my out of the hospital for dehydration.

Mine will be at 8w3d.

They told me I will do medical history first with the medical assistant, then an exam with the NP to confirm the pregnancy, plus I will give urine and blood. There is also an u/s at this appointment.

I asked the receptionist specifically about an u/s, and also asked her to tell me everything that would happen at the appt so I could be prepared. I'm glad I asked so I'll know what to expect.
