is it safe?

Hi I just found out I am pregnant and I could not be more excited as I had a miscarriage earlier this year.

I just had a microdermabrasion yesterday and Im worried as I read that they are not safe.  I know I need to consult my doctor but because it is Friday evening I could not get a hold of her.

Just wanted to know if anyone on the message boards has feedback.  Hoping all is ok!

First, congratulations! I'm no doctor, but I don't think microdermabrasion before even finding out you are pregnant would pose too much of a problem. Of course, let you OB know when you are able to speak with him but don't worry all weekend over it.

I agree, I think this early along you shouldn't have anything to worry about. But I would also bring it up with your dr just to ease your mind and keep him or her informed. Congratulations and I'm sorry for your loss.
