4 month wakeful at 15 weeks?

Is this possible? LO usually goes down at 730 and wakes between 230 and 330 then to 6. Last night every 2 hours from 12 on. Screaming hysterically. When I would feed him he'd stop. Uhgh so tired today.

good lord I hope so - DS has been a nightmare for about a week now and he'll be 17 weeks on Tuesday. Maybe it's almost over.
