That's a very subjective question.

We are getting the lightweight naturepedic organic mattress, it is highly recommended in baby bargains.  

Live heard if you are going to get one thing organic, the mattress is a good choice.

 

But there are all kinds of good mattresses.

I purchased naturepedic organic mattresses. I didn't buy many other organic items, but I thought the extra expense was worth it in this case.
