Hi! My LO is cutting her 4th tooth and we're miserable over here. With the 1st three, she was slightly cranky, but they popped up quickly and we had no real issues. With this one though, she's sleeping constantly, every diaper is poopy, she has a mean diaper rash, she is downright nasty to anyone other than me (and sometimes to me) and she's not content at all no matter what unless she's in my arms. Tell me that this is typical for some teeth please and that this too shall pass! I want my sweet little girl back!
Re: 4th tooth is a completely different experience! Not a good one...
My LO is pretty much as you described for the top 4 teeth. The bottom 4 he was only slightly cranky and only for a day or two. The top 4 he was AWFUL....clingy, tired, poopy diapers, diaper rash, pretty much drooling like a faucet, wouldn't eat or drink bottle well. It took FOREVER for those 4 to cut through.
Thankfully those cut through and he returned to his normal happy self. However, it was a brief reprieve.....4 days....and now it's starting over again. The pedi tells me he is cutting his molars! He is 8 months!!! Don't those come at 1 year??? Yikes!
